I was born and raised in Houston and attended the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership Hospitality. My love for hospitality started with my family’s business, an ice cream shop! I started my career on the opening team of the JW Marriott Houston Downtown and loved the experiences that came with it. Being at Visit Houston has allowed me to combine my love for hospitality and this incredible city. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, dog Leela, and closest family and friends. I love traveling, cooking, exercising, crafting, and so much more! If you make your way to Houston, enjoy a walk through Memorial Park at the Eastern Glades and follow it up with lunch at Local Foods at Heights Mercantile. From there browse or shop at the boutiques and if you are there on a Saturday, maybe even a farmers market! Enjoy desert at my favorite shop Tiny’s Milk and Cookies for the best homemade ice cream and warm chocolate chip cookies in town!
