The first thing you’ll notice when you pop into A’Bouzy is an atmosphere reminiscent of the effervescence of a recently uncorked champagne bottle. Glass balls dangle from the ceiling like delicate champagne bubbles beautifully catching glimmers of light. Exposed brick and reclaimed wood add a modern touch while champagne and wine bottles line the walls calling out to be unwrapped. A serene patio appeals to all the senses with a lovely view, sunlight delighting the skin and the aroma of fresh herbs calming the nose.

Part of the appeal of A’Bouzy's menu is the mixture of old favorites with the volume turned way, way up. For starters, nibble on fresh Tuna Watermelon Sashimi with spicy soy caviar and avocado mouse; or Roasted Portuguese Octopus with lemon and a bell pepper puree; or go old school with Deviled Eggs that will put your Grandma’s to shame (no offense). When it comes to main entrees, options like a flaky Heirloom Tomato Galette with egg and honeyed goat cheese; Blueberry and Waffles with optional fried chicken; and an overflowing Steak Sandwich with caramelized onions and tangy chipotle aioli are all on the menu. Craving seafood? A’Bouzy’s Raw Bar offers the best of fresh, seasonal seafood and caviar that feels more of an event than a meal.
