Pastry Chef Peter Hobi is an international experience, earning his Pastry Chef degree in Switzerland. After cooking for US Presidents, foreign dignitaries and other notable names, Chef Hobi finally settled in Houston in 1994 and has continued to provide high quality (and tasty) products for Houstonians.
