With roots in both architecture and baking, Gina brings a unique and exciting skill to her cake concoctions. An eye for structure and a passion for cakes is a combination that proves equally pleasing to the palette as to the eye.
Cakes are always fresh, never frozen –and filled with French buttercream, never icing. Gina’s fresh cakes come in a variety of flavors, from lemon to tres leches and Italian white, bride’s and their grooms can get as creative with the taste as with the design.
For the less traditional wedding couples who want to skip the cake for something different, Cakes by Gina also offers cake in a jar, cake pops, cake truffies, cookies and cupcakes.
Consultations are done by appointment, with cake tastings from Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It’s recommended that wedding cakes are ordered at least 3 to 6 months in advance of the event in order to ensure availability. Cakes can be ordered by E-mail, phone or in person.
