Celebrity Chef Cat Cora has left her culinary mark on H-Town travelers with the opening of Cat Cora’s Kitchen in Terminal E of George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
The first and only female Iron Chef—who competed on Food Network’s Iron Chef Americas in 2005—unveiled her cocktail and tapas lounge concept in December 2011, bringing passengers a fast-casual, global dining experience that emphasizes fresh, organic fare.
Inside, Cora’s airy restaurant boasts an open kitchen, eye-catching bar and runway views—a prime place for international travelers to savor selections before their departure. Tex-Mex, California and Greek influences meld on the well-edited menu of small plates like flank steak soft tacos, lamb meatballs and lobster mac and cheese.
Cat Cora’s Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, daily.
