Executive Chef, Reginald L. Martin Jr. has long been a culinary influence in Houston. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Martin trained at the Alain & Marie Lenotre Culinary Institute and is an active board member of the Houston and Texas Restaurant Associations. He has been featured at the Grand Wine and Food Festival and ABC’s Crossroads. Martin’s wife Merinda provides expertise on the linens, china, site selection, and crystal to potentially be used for events.
