Ruggles Black Food Bar is a culinary collaboration of Asian cultures with French American cuisine. Led by Chef Bruce Molzan and restaurateur Neera Patidar, the menu also embraces the Paleo lifestyle and local food sourcing from area farmers.
Signature dishes will include “Street Eats” (Paleo Beef Short Rib Taco, Paleo Angry Shrimp, and Fried Oysters with Caviar) and entrees like Seafood Ramen and Paleo Tandoori Zataar Chicken.
Dessert options like Chai infused Tres Leches with Pistachio Meringue and Red Wine Poached Pear Crème Brulee encourage diners to leave room for dessert.
Food offerings will be complimented by Black’s unique cocktail menu. Combine dinner with drinks or head in later for cocktails with friends as Black’s will stay open until 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday.
Chef and co-owner Bruce Molzan brings with him years of experience and success from restaurants like Ruggles Green, Ruggles Grill and Corner Table.
