Chef Veronica opened Supreme Kakes in 2009 with the idea of creating a relaxed, fun and creative space to design pastries. Today, the 6,000 square foot bakery in Memorial is staffed with eight friends and a lot of music.

From simply elegant to lavishly extravagant, they have the talent and experience to create a masterpiece. But the proof is in…the cake! There are over 20 flavors to choose from, and every cake is fresh, never frozen. If you don’t see a flavor on the list you like, just ask and they will try and make it! Chef Veronica is all about out-of-the-box ideas and trying new things.
