After working in the energy sector for more than two decades, Allen and her husband decided to leave their positions in corporate America and pursue their passion in the wedding industry. From the initial consultation and tasting—where clients can sample everything from Grand Marnier or Italian crème cake to Texas melon or amaretto varieties—the company demonstrates its versatility and eagerness to customize creations for each couple.
