Bringing people together through the art of food is what it’s all about for the team at The Hometown Chef Catering Co. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or 300-person backyard BBQ wedding, clients can find a custom menu that reflects a vision that is both artful and tasteful.
From the time he was a child, Chef and Owner Julio Avila enjoyed an interest in art that made its way into his culinary aspirations. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Avila honed his skills in four-and-five star resorts in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. His expertise and artful eye serves him well at The Hometown Chef Catering Co.
Couples looking to serve top-notch fare to their guests will appreciate the company’s range of signature offerings like the rosemary roasted pork loin in a bacon butter sauce, as well as the island mahi mahi with a pineapple and coconut chutney, to name a few, although the Chef and catering team is happy to work with clients to create custom menus, too.
