How did this specialty bakery come about? In a nut-free shell, it all began with a young girl by the name of Malia Elija and her severe food allergies. In school, she couldn't fully participate in classroom celebrations, so she and her mom began to make their own sweet treats to bring and share with the class. Popularity grew, and the rest is history.
By adding the right amounts of this and that, ENDless Bakery has perfected what it means to be a delicious, allergy-free shop. Pause and envision the sweet aroma of cinnamon rolls, blueberry muffins or glazed donuts right out of the oven. Then stop by the bakery to grab something to take home. On the menu are a variety of banana fritters, brownies, cake pops, cookies, cupcakes, donuts and muffins.
ENDless Bakery is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed on Sunday.
