Sweet Bribery

Sweet Bribery, an artisanal ice cream shop in the Heights neighborhood, offers guests the opportunity to pair their ice cream with crisp sparkling champagne, refreshing rosé, or even a stout cold brew.

The bar is equipped with beers on tap (Guinness, 8th Wonder’s Rocket Fuel, Austin Eastcider’s Honey Cider, and Blue Moon White), varieties of sparkling wine, and a rotating selection of red, white, and rosé. Ice cream fanatics can also try a flight, which includes a pour of each beer on tap accompanied by a mini scoop of ice cream.
