The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is known nationally as one of the top arts festivals in the country. And for good reason! The festival includes artwork from over 200 juried artists from across North America, even featuring artists from Israel and Canada.
Join us in The Woodlands April 4-5, 2020 for this highly anticipated two-day event. The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is more than art, it’s music, performing arts and a great all-around experience.
Stay Nearby
Being that the festival is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day you can head back to your hotel and relax. Come back in the afternoon to experience more art! There are several hotels within walking distance of Town Green Park. Plan your trip and make a weekend of it.
Ride The Trolley
Our free trolley service will drop you off near the festival’s entrance! It will pick you up from Hughes Landing, The Woodlands Mall and other areas around Town Center. Insider Tip: Plan your ride and download the Ride Systems App for free. It will show estimated arrival times, service alerts and more.
Check out the Art Benches
Immerse yourself in our outdoor art scene! From Hughes Landing to along The Waterway and inside the festival’s gates you’ll see our permanent art features. To date, 20 Art Benches have been installed, with more coming at the year’s end. Check out the Art Bench Map and don’t forget to snap a photo of one of the art benches. For extra fun, you can rent a swan boat from The Riva Row Boat House and view the art while pedaling The Waterway.
Meet the Artists
Each artist has a story! While your looking at the art and when you select one, talk to the artist – the piece you bring home with you will mean so much more knowing who it came from and how it came about.
Opt for the Weekend Pass
Tickets are $15 each day or $20 for the entire weekend. With so much to do and the amount of art you’ll see it’s well worth it to stay the weekend! Click here to purchase tickets or for more information about the festival.
