All moms know that even though it’s technically Mother’s Day, it’s often still about the kids. Start off with an amuse bouche with caviar, move onto the butter poached lobster tail, then goat cheese ravioli, followed by scallops with crab meat and spinach and then a beef tenderloin with red wine risotto.
