Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette

The owners of The Heights' popular Liberty Kitchen have opened the doors on the restaurant's high-end sister concept. Located in River Oaks, Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette offers up seafood selections with a Southern influence in a modern, inviting space.

Designed by Carl Eaves and Lee Ellis, the restaurant combines contemporary design features with east and west coast influence. Parisian light fixtures, copper table tops, a glass-encased private dining room, upholstered leather bar stools and reclaimed wood are a few of the design elements found in the Oysterette. A large, circular, full service bar anchors the restaurant in the center of the space, half of which is dedicated to cocktails and the other half to oyster and seafood preparations.

On the menu, guests will find an array of “Seabar” selections like littleneck clams, banana leaf hot-smoked Pacific salmon and California Royal Osetra Caviar. Desserts include pies, cakes and sweets from Petite Sweets.
