Just down the street, you can visit the Asch Building for a Mother's Day Market both Saturday and Sunday from 10 am - 2 pm. There you'll find a build your own bath salts, dried floral bar, and much more.

For moms with a sweet tooth, Dessert Gallery, a woman-owned and operated Houston bakery, has tasty sweet treats specially made for Mother’s Day. Treat your mom to hand-decorated cookies, petit fours or cupcakes in a jar.

Another great option is Afternoon Tea at the St. Regis. From Friday to Sunday, head over to their lounge and enjoy tea and small bites accompanied by the sounds of a harpist.

Take Her Out to the Ballgame

If your mom is a Houston Astros fan, treat her to Minute Maid Park where they’ll face the Detroit Tigers at 1:10 p.m. To make it even more special, take her to brunch at the Original Ninfa’s on Navigation before the game. Then, take the shuttle from the restaurant to the ballpark and enjoy! Brunch at Ninfa’s starts at 10 a.m. and the shuttle runs back and forth one hour before the game and one hour after the game.
