The annual boutique art fair returns to George R. Brown Convention Center on October 2 - 4, 2026
Untitled Art, the leading contemporary art fair, is making its highly anticipated return to Houston for its second annual event in the heart of downtown. With a mission to support the wider art ecosystem, Untitled Art will offer Houstonians an inclusive platform for discovering art that prioritizes collaboration within each aspect of the fair.
Taking place at the George R. Brown Convention Center in downtown Houston from October 2 to October 4, 2026, Untitled Art, Houston will feature a special VIP and Press Preview taking place on October 1. The fair will feature on-site special projects, panel discussions, guided tours, and performances, alongside off-site institutional tours, exhibition previews, and exclusive receptions developed in collaboration with cultural partners, all presented as part of year round VIP and public engagement initiatives. Guests of the fair will have the opportunity to introduce themselves to new and long-standing exhibitors who are selected by Untitled Art’s curatorial team. Exhibitors are selected based, in part, on their artistic integrity and international reach. Emerging artists, young galleries, and non-profit organizations are supported through the ‘Nest’ sector, an inclusive initiative that offers subsidized booths to 25 exhibitors and was developed in response to entry barriers that are traditionally posed by art fair participation. In an effort to make art even more accessible to the masses, Untitled Art will also offer an online art fair. This investment in new technologies aims to make contemporary art collecting more accessible to new audiences, and it proactively advances responsible culture by using its platform to amplify diverse voices.
This year Untitled Art, Houston will feature more than 99 galleries from the U.S. and other countries. Guests will especially enjoy visiting with vendors from participating local galleries. Ticketholders will get a chance to connect and discover all that these entities have to offer. Among the featured galleries, 19 Texas-based exhibitors will be highlighted, with 14 new and returning galleries rooted in Houston, including Moody Gallery, Barbara Davis Gallery, Laura (The Gallery), David Shelton Gallery, Mitochondria Gallery, Dimmitt Contemporary Art, Seven Sisters, F Magazine, and Revolver Galería.

Enriching and engaging panel discussions will include topics such as “Art in Action: Artists, Communities, and Houston”, “Arte en Conversación: Diálogos sobre el Arte Latinoamericano”, “The Art of Hospitality”, and more. These opportunities to hear from experts in their respective fields will undoubtedly be highlights of the event. All are welcome to join and heighten their views of the city.
The fan-favorite Houston Artist Market returns to the fair this year. Offering a retail format for exhibitors to present their work, the market is set to feature a wide variety for ticket holders to enjoy. Artist Market participants include Bill's Junk (Houston), Basket Books & Art (Houston), CHEERLEADER (Dallas), East Side Pot Shop (Austin), Friends Gallery (Houston), Jardin (Houston), MORTADELLA (Fort Worth), The Orange Show (Houston), Picnic Curatorial Projects (Galveston), The Reading Room HTX (Houston), SANMAN Studios (Houston), St. Agnes Academy Visual Arts (Houston), Stinson House (Houston), and Zine Fest Houston (Houston).

A series of Untitled Art Podcast onsite recordings will highlight Houston’s creative community. A slate of live discussions will cover art and civic action in Houston, art and wellness, the past, present, and future of art writing in the South, and generative art. Panelists to look forward to include Rachel Mohl, Executive Director of University of Houston Public Art; Jennifer Finkel, Associate Vice President, Art Experience at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; Danielle Burns-Wilson, Executive Director of Project Row Houses; writer and University of Houston professor Roberto Tejada; and Claudia Mattos, Associate Curator at the Moody Center for the Arts, and more.
On the Untitled Art, Houston show floor, 11 Special Projects will offer artists, galleries, and partners the opportunity to realize site-specific work alongside the fair’s booth exhibitors. Highlights include Dave Muller’s Record Pavilion 2.0 (2026), presented by Meliksetian | Briggs and the Landing; Erina Libertad's Duet (2026), with Main sector exhibitor Hannah Sloan; Josh Callaghan’s Big Rig (2026) exhibited by Main sector exhibitor Night Gallery; and more.
The 2026 Untitled Art, Houston fair boasts 25 solo presentations and 35 two-artist presentations. The prizes and partnerships for the 2026 event are even more robust than they were in the inaugural year. With an intention of connecting museums, universities, healthcare, hospitality, and cultural organizations, Untitled Art Houston is expanding their list of esteemed partners, including UT MD Anderson, Public Art University of Houston System, Hotel Daphne, and Houston Grand Opera. These institutions join the ranks of returning partners Casa Santa Ana and PAC Art.
