Houston is transforming into the ultimate soccer playground this summer! From sleek rooftop bars to sprawling neighborhood beer gardens, here is your definitive guide to the absolute best spots in town to cheer on your favorite global squad all the way to the final whistle.

Four Locations Across the City

With four locations scattered across the city, you’re never too far from a jumbo screen, a rotating lineup of food trucks, and their legendary, record-breaking bar lengths. The distinct vibe here is a 21-and-up, dog-friendly backyard party, without a bad seat in the house!

From the team behind Christian's Tailgate and Slowpokes comes EaDo Market! Housed in the former True Anomaly space, this food hall opened just for the World Cup to serve as the ultimate air-conditioned refuge from the sweltering Fan Fest crowds without losing an ounce of game-day energy. Instead of standard stadium fare, you can reset and refuel with a premium, hand-picked curation of Houston's diverse culinary and retail scene —  featuring everything from local makers and Houston musicians to delicious eats from vendors like Bro's BBQ and Exilio Latin Flair, plus, of course a giant screen to watch the games!

The masterminds behind River Oaks favorite Bari Ristorante are throwing a patio party on Exilio’s expansive, lush courtyard, complete with exclusive World Cup menus and special game-day pricing. It’s the ultimate upscale-yet-energetic watch party where you can pair soccer-themed sips like the "Malo Rita" or "Penalty" old fashioned with gourmet tournament bites like lobster tacos and wagyu empanadas.

This EaDo hotspot — steps away from Fan Fest — morphs into a round-the-clock match-day homebase where you can fuel up with a morning cold brew via a Slowpokes pop-up and stay all the way through last-call. Chapman & Kirby is upgrading the watch party experience with immersive, event-level extras, pairing a large open-air courtyard megascreen and tons of screens inside with custom activations like cocktail labs and specials based on the teams playing!

Just around the corner from Exilio, this global street food favorite is rolling out extra TVs for game days. Eat your way through the bracket with authentic bites from whichever country is playing, whether that’s Argentinian steak sandwiches, Jamaican jerk wings, or British fish and chips. Plus, purchase a commemorative beer pint and get a draft or bottled beer on the house!

Energy Corridor, Heights, and Midtown

This Houston institution is serving as the ultimate low-key, wallet-friendly haven for fans looking to catch every single match. You can fuel your game-day spirit without breaking the bank thanks to a 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. happy hour featuring $3 margaritas, $20 domestic beer buckets, and team-themed drinks alongside $10 daily lunch specials.

Ben Berg is resurrecting his legendary Houston Rodeo concept in a spectacular way by transforming the former Warehouse Live into a temporary, 35,000-square-foot luxury hospitality hub. Located right at the gateway to the Fan Fest in EaDo, this day-to-night oasis combines a sophisticated Texas aesthetic and chef-driven regional cuisine with club–level service, match viewing and an entertainment lineup kicked off by Diplo on June 11.

Taking your tournament viewing to literal new heights, Midtown's premier rooftop destination pairs sweeping Downtown skyline views with official FIFA merch and premium activations courtesy of liquor sponsor Diageo. The jaw-dropping hook here is a complimentary one-hour open bar during select match windows, including June 14 from 3–4 PM, June 17 from 4–5 PM, June 20 from 9–10 PM, June 26 from 6–7 PM, and July 4 from 10–11 PM.

Downtown’s sleek food hall is getting an international makeover, with every match playing across all its screens in a space fully decked out with festive global decor. Eat around the world by pairing fresh sushi, Asian street food or classic American fare with festive match-day Jell-O shots or a spicy, Ghost Tequila-infused Goal Line Watermelon Margarita.

Whether you head to the original Heights hangout or its Washington Avenue sister location, both spots are tackling the tournament with an array of large-screen TVs and full sound. They are a great destination for groups, serving up $75 Game Day Boards loaded with tacos, wings, and sliders alongside weekday happy hours, soccer jersey giveaways and $5 lagers.

Mi Luna inside The Montrose Collective captures the true global spirit of the games by pairing flat-screen TVs and a large projector screen with an all-day happy hour that runs throughout the entire tournament. You can catch the matches while sharing $25 pitchers of sangria and tapas priced at under $10, then stick around for live post-match flamenco performances.

Wash down Michelin-recommended brisket and BBQ grazing boards with $16 mimosa buckets while watching the action on a large 179-inch LED patio screen at J-Bar-M. The real kicker here is the "H-Town Vendor Market," where you can browse local streetwear and even get your favorite soccer jersey custom-tailored on the spot by Art Anonymous clothing.

The Heights' newest indoor-outdoor hangout is tailoring the match-day experience for groups of every size with over 20 TVs, live music, and a playground for the kids. There will be soccer challenges for the kids, wood-fired cowboy cuisine and a menu full of tournament-themed details like Match Day Burgers on custom soccer ball buns!

This neighborhood hangout is turning select matches into a full-blown party, rolling out extra TVs and a projector screen equipped with full sound. Jethro’s is keeping the room buzzing with live DJs spinning sets before and after the matches alongside taco pop-ups and $20 drink buckets. Plus, heavy-hitting liquor brands like Tito’s, El Tequileño, Cointreau, and High Noon are sponsoring activations and specials.
