After 15 years in the restaurant biz, restaurateur Paul Miller introduced his globally-inspired Union Kitchen to the Houston market in late-summer 2010, before expanding in 2012, with a second outpost in Houston’s Memorial area.
Armed with experience working at The Grand Luxe and McCormick & Schmick’s, Miller offers guests a mix of dishes from around the world. Expect a menu of moderately-priced salads, sandwiches, seafood and chops. Some of the menu standouts include the crispy asparagus with sautéed Texas Blue Crab meat, the tuna tostadas and chipotle shrimp pizza.
Union Kitchen is open for lunch and dinner daily.
