Washington Avenue’s nightlife scene continues to see an influx of new ventures, as Underdogs Sports Pub recently set up shop in The Lot’s former locale. Though the interior remains relatively unchanged, fans can appreciate the refreshed drink selection touting 80 craft beer varieties.

Perched alongside Pearl Bar, Underdogs draws a loyal following thanks to stellar drink specials and an anything-goes attitude. They keep things simple there: Concrete floors, cinderblock walls, garage doors that open up to the patio and a dog-friendly policy. Oh, and if you see the taco truck parked outside, don’t be a stranger. The late-night, beef-filled bites are not to be missed.
