The FIFA World Cup 2026™ Houston Host Committee is giving fans an opportunity to connect with some of the most recognizable figures in U.S. Soccer history through a series of exclusive meet-and-greet appearances at FIFA Fan Festival™ Houston.
Throughout the tournament, fans visiting FIFA Fan Festival™ Houston’s Houston Hall will have the chance to meet former U.S. Men's National Team stars and FIFA World Cup veterans who helped shape the growth of soccer in the United States. The appearances are part of the Host Committee's commitment to creating unforgettable fan experiences and bringing supporters closer to the game than ever before.

DaMarcus Beasley - One of the most decorated players in U.S. Soccer history, DaMarcus Beasley remains the only American man to appear in four FIFA World Cup™ tournaments (2002, 2006, 2010, and 2014). A member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame, Beasley earned 126 caps and won multiple domestic and international championships throughout his career.
Geoff Cameron - Geoff Cameron represented the United States in the 2014 FIFA World Cup™ and earned more than 50 caps for the U.S. Men's National Team. Known for his versatility and consistency, Cameron enjoyed a successful professional career in both Major League Soccer and the English Premier League.
Cobi Jones - Cobi Jones is the all-time leader in appearances for the U.S. Men's National Team with 164 caps and represented the United States at three FIFA World Cup™ tournaments. A National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee, Jones played a pivotal role in elevating the profile of soccer in America and remains one of the sport's most beloved ambassadors.
Jozy Altidore - Jozy Altidore ranks among the top scorers in U.S. Men's National Team history, recording more than 40 international goals across a distinguished international career. A veteran of the 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups™, Altidore helped lead the United States to multiple CONCACAF titles and became one of the country's most successful forwards.
Brian McBride - A two-time FIFA World Cup™ veteran and one of the most prolific forwards in U.S. Soccer history, Brian McBride scored 30 goals for the U.S. Men's National Team and represented the country at the 1998, 2002, and 2006 FIFA World Cups™. His leadership and physical style made him a fan favorite both internationally and in Major League Soccer.
Tony Meola - One of the most accomplished goalkeepers in U.S. Soccer history, Tony Meola earned 100 caps with the U.S. Men's National Team and represented the United States at three FIFA World Cup™ tournaments (1990, 1994, and 2002). A member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame, Meola played a key role in helping grow the sport during a transformative era for American soccer.
Brek Shea - A dynamic winger and defender, Brek Shea earned more than 30 appearances for the U.S. Men's National Team and was part of the squad that won the 2013 CONCACAF Gold Cup. The Texas native enjoyed a lengthy professional career in MLS and abroad, becoming one of the most recognizable American players of his generation.
Clint Dempsey - Widely regarded as one of the greatest American soccer players of all time, Clint Dempsey scored 57 goals for the U.S. Men's National Team, tied for the program's all-time record. A three-time FIFA World Cup™ participant, Dempsey's creativity, competitiveness, and clutch performances made him a defining figure in modern U.S. Soccer history.
