Who won Apple Music’s Breakthrough Artist of the Year? If you drive through downtown, you might find a clue. Houston First Corporation, Visit Houston’s parent company, partnered with Apple Music to light up a vibrant eight-story projection of the winner on the east side of downtown Houston.
