Houston, are you ready for launch? Space Center Houston’s Moon2Mars Festival, presented by Wellby and powered by JSC FCU is set to launch June 9-12! If you love all things space, you’ll want to attend this annual festival and business conference featuring exciting space exploration ideas to help humans travel to the moon, mars and beyond. There is a one-day business-to-business conference on Thursday, June 9 followed by a three-day festival open to the public Friday, June 10 through Sunday, June 12. Come celebrate NASA’s Artemis program and space innovations with food, beverages, live music and more - perfect for all ages! The festival will highlight cutting-edge space technologies and Friday and Saturday will culminate with an evening concert featuring performances by American Authors, Wade Bowen, SHAED and Katie Toupin.

Business Conference

Business Conference, Sponsor Reception, Media preview (by invitation only) - January 9

Let’s talk about Innovations in Space! This one-day business-to-business conference will feature keynote speakers, panel discussions and networking events for businesses to connect. As commercial companies and NASA come together to develop new space technologies, it’s important to find solutions for the continuation of the global space economy that is estimated to reach $1 trillion by 2040. What better place to discuss than in Space City Houston?

Hours:  Space Center Houston open regular hours to the public (10 am-5 pm)

Live Music

The festival music line-up has something for everyone from pop to alternative rock and country music. The outdoor stage will kick off with live music entertainment at 4 p.m. Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11. Friday’s live music features a performance by Katie Toupin at 7 p.m. and Texan native Wade Bowen at 8:15 p.m. Saturday’s music features performances by SHAED at 7 p.m. and American Authors at 8:15 p.m. Aaron Watson, who was previously announced on the line-up, is no longer performing at the festival due to doctor-ordered vocal rest.

Space Center Houston invites you and all ages to The Moon2Mars Festival! From seeing space technology like rovers and spacesuits upclose to learning about space exploration from space experts and participating in interactive activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy at this three-day festival. Here are a few things to remember before heading to the Moon2Mars Festival. If you’re bringing a bag, be sure to bring a clear bag (No bags or purses larger than 8.5" x 11 are permitted).
