Style-savvy shoppers have a beautiful place to relax between sales at Saks Fifth Avenue’s 51Fifteen—the globally inspired, locally-minded restaurant situated inside the luxury department store. The elegant spot, along with Saks Fifth Avenue, moved to a new, two-story, 210,000-square-foot space in spring 2016.
The new, larger second-floor location can accommodate 200 guests and unfolds in a sleek and modern interior by Houston designer Nina Magon of Contour Interior Design. White, black, gray and brass detailing come together in an eye-catching space that’s prime for business lunches and post-retail cocktails. The chef-driven menu takes a cue from Southern European cuisine with Italian, French and Spanish-inspired dishes. As a bonus, the restaurant will also operate a first floor bar, near the women’s fragrance department, which will serve light bites in the morning and cocktails and wine in the evening.
51Fifteen is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday and lunch on Sunday.
