Chef Mark Holley closed two Museum District restaurants in 2017, but has since combined the favorite menu items of each and added more to re-open Davis Street at Hermann Park. Located inside the Mosaic hi-rises on the edge of historic Hermann Park, Davis Street at Hermann Park serves New American dishes.
The Davis Street version of pork belly is destined to be a favorite with pimento cheese, fermented coleslaw, pickled strawberries, and citrus caramel glaze. The Davis Street sliders were a must-order in the restaurant’s first run and are back by popular demand. The new menu also features a prime porter house steak for two. Make your way to the bar for a contemporary cocktail, like the the Sophisticate made with Gin, Mint, Pomegranate Syrup and Prosecco. Or keep it simple and unwind with Davis Street’s expansive selection of spirits, wines or champagnes.
Guests can expect jazz music and an upscale atmosphere to compliment the beautifully plated dishes.
