Hall Road Park was officially named El Franco Lee Park in 1990 in honor of his work and commitment to maintain and enhance the area's green space and park facilities.

El Franco Lee park has a 1/4 acre, man-made pond that is available to the public for recreational fishing during regular park hours. The pond is stocked with Large Mouth Bass and Catfish.

There is currently one pavilion available now at El Franco Lee park. This pavilion is equipped with electrical outlets, running hot and cold water, stainless steel counters and a barbeque pit that requires firewood. There are volleyball poles for use by the reserving party, however, the net and the ball must be supplied by the user. This pavilion can seat up to 100 people. There are 100 wooden picnic tables available throughout the park. Some of these tables are handicapped accessible.

There are 80 acres of protected wetlands at El Franco Lee Park. There are nature trails with an elevated boardwalk that has a gazebo at the end for wildlife observation.

There are 10 Soccer Fields available in which reservations are required for use. The fields are under lease agreement to South Belt Youth Soccer Club. Groups will need to contact them for availability at 713-559-6200.

There are 4 Youth Softball Fields at El Franco Lee park. All but one of these fields are lighted.  The Softball Fields and Concession Building are under reservation to the South Belt Girls Softball Association.  For field usage and availability information, please call 281-485-7630 or visit them at www.eteamz.com/southbeltgirls

There are 5 Youth Baseball Fields at El Franco Lee park.  All but two of these fields are lighted.  The Baseball Fields and Concession Building are under reservation to the Sagemont Beverly Hills Little League.  For field usage and availability information, please call 281-485-5445 or visit them at www.eteamz.active.com/sbhll

There is one white sand volleyball court at El Franco Lee Park that is available for public use. The net is available, but users must supply their own ball. This court is available for use during regular park hours.

The El Franco Lee (EFL) Seniors/Community Center is the latest of several Precinct One Park facilities established to provide safe and functional programming for both senior citizens and the community at large. Senior Activities are scheduled daily and will consist of exercise classes, arts and crafts, ceramics, gardening, dance, monthly bus trips along with other planned activities. Hours of operation: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

There is no charge for the use of the meeting room as long as the group falls within the non-profit guidelines and group size stipulations. Meetings can be scheduled Monday - Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Please contact David Matthews at 281.332.5157 or email at David.Matthews@cp1.hctx.net
