Persian, or Iranian, cuisine is known for its flavorful, diverse dishes that combine traditional Mediterranean ingredients, like tomatoes and eggplant, with Mesopotamian spices, like saffron and cardamom. Dried fruit, rice, and various meats play an equally important role in this rich dining experience. Garson has been offering these exotic creations since it opened in 1992.
The menu includes a selection of stews, salads, and kabobs as well as freshly baked flatbread. The latter is very popular with diners, as are the eggplant and hummus appetizers. The dining room’s tasteful design is simple, yet has a welcoming atmosphere, with warm tones of red and yellow.
Garson is open daily for lunch and dinner.
