iFLY Houston

Houston’s first indoor skydiving facility, iFLY, opened in late December 2014. The wind tunnel, located 11 miles west of Downtown, is one of two vertical wind tunnels in the Houston area.

Guests from ages 3 and older can book a flight at the facility and feel the rush of freefall skydiving without the risk of jumping out of a plane. Following a brief training session, flyers are given a jumpsuit, helmet and goggles before entering the tunnel with a certified instructor. It’s recommended that flyers wear tennis shoes, though iFly does keep shoes on hand if flyers don’t bring proper footwear.

iFly is open daily and is great for birthday parties, group events and team building activities.
