Island Grill in Rice Village is a Mediterranean American fast-casual concept open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Syrian-inspired menu offers healthy and fresh cuisine as well as vegetarian and gluten free options.
This is the fourth Island Grill location from owners Faysal and Maria Haddad. In addition to fan favorites like falafel, chicken marsala and kabob plates, this location will have menu items unique to its location including Shrimp Étouffée with brown rice and pita bread, Gumbo, fried chicken honey biscuits, Mali Kale Salad (light lemon dressing, avocado, pine nuts, chopped kale, strawberries, parmesan), and a traditional Cobb salad.
Island Grill’s new outpost is the largest of the four at over 4,000 square feet including seating on the covered patio.
