Along with the new JW Marriott downtown comes Main Kitchen and its 806 Bar & Lounge. The new eatery is led by executive chef Erin Smith and pastry chef Sharon Gofreed. Foodies are in for a treat with Smith’s globally inspired, seasonal menus. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests can come early for paella and carrot pancakes or later in the day for duck and fig pizza, smoked pork belly sandwich or gemelli pasta with sausage ragout.
After dinner, Gofreed steps in with an elegantly crafted dessert menu. Following years of experience at Uchi, guests can expect unique sweets like orange cardamom rice pudding and kaffir lime panna cotta.
The connecting full-service bar, 806 Bar & Lounge, offers small bites, classic and contemporary cocktails, craft beers and domestic and South American wines.
