The 4,500 square-foot space, designed by interior designer Gin Braverman, immerses guests in Thai culture with vibrant hand-painted murals and decor inspired by Thai temples and night markets. The grand entrance, featuring a herculean gold door, leads to an elegant dining room with a gold-facade bar and tubular gold lights. The opulent space accommodates up to 94 guests with tufted booths and banquet seating adorned in jewel-toned fabrics.
The menu, crafted by award-winning chefs Eakkapan (O) Ngammuang and Aphassorn (Bell) Predawan, showcases multi-layered dishes from the Northern and Southern culinary regions of Thailand. Appetizers include the Tenderloin Temptation and Duck Garden Oasis, while entrée highlights feature the Flavors of Siam and Chef O’s Award-Winning Chicken. Other offerings include the Majestic Ocean Medley and Sizzling Northern Adventure. Dessert options range from butterfly pea flower-infused coconut ice cream to daily sorbet specials and the whimsical Dessert Wonderland.
The beverage menu boasts 50 carefully selected wine labels and ten hand-crafted cocktails, such as the Karn Blue Gem and Bangkok Pad Thai. MaKiin plans to introduce a happy hour with Thai twists on classic cocktails and a specially crafted food menu. The 800 square-foot patio complements the modern theme with printed Thai umbrellas, lush planters, and seating for 56, providing an enchanting setting for patrons to indulge in the exquisite flavors and atmosphere of MaKiin's authentic Thai experience.
