In a town full of quality BBQ on just about every street corner, The Brisket House stands out. The restaurant has been recognized as one of the best in the city by The Houston Press and Houston Chronicle in their top city barbecue lists.
The Brisket House smokes their meats with Oak Wood and a unique blend of 16 spices. On the menu you’ll find local classics like “The Brisket House Special” with a chunk of aged cheddar cheese and house pickle, “The Aggie Special”, and a variety of other delicious combinations. The restaurant also offers BBQ plates, loaded baked potatoes, Ruffino sausages, salads, sandwiches, and meat by the pound. Wash it all down with local craft beers and homemade pies.
Owner Wayne Kammeri opened the third and largest Brisket House location at Cypress Creek Parkway. The location includes numerous flat screen TVs to watch the big games and also offers catering and special events. Check out the Galleria and Deer Park locations as well for some great hometown ‘que.
