New Waterpark Coming To Katy

Dreading the return of Houston heat this summer? Relief is on the way. A brand new waterpark in Katy called Typhoon Texas is scheduled to open Memorial Day weekend. The park covers 45 acres and 16 rides: 1.3 miles of water slides, a children's play area, a 25,000-square-foot wave pool, and of course -- a relaxing lazy river.
