Commercial Enterprises

The Commercial Enterprises department is responsible for developing long-term strategies for commercial rights and related partnership opportunities across the organization’s extensive portfolio of assets, properties, and rights. These efforts are aimed at generating new, incremental revenue streams and driving economic growth for both the company and the city.

In collaboration with the Convention Sales team, the department also identifies and negotiates strategic business opportunities and develops corporate and community engagement strategies to support the successful attraction and hosting of major events in Houston.
